The New Mexico Family Business Alliance was formed in 2005 to provide family businesses statewide with an opportunity to examine pivotal issues and provide state of the art knowledge about family-run businesses.

Education symposiums and interactive programs offer family members unique opportunities to benefit from the collective wisdom of successful business owners and professionals in an atmosphere that encourages open discussion and exchange of ideas. NMFBA programs are designed to address the unique concerns of Family business owners and managers.

Family businesses from sole proprietorships to large companies dominate the New Mexico economy. Many lack the resources needed to resolve issues of leadership, succession, conflict resolution and complex legal and financial challenges.
