Ann Patrick LeMay, Ph.D.
An Albuquerque native, Ann is a Clinical Psychologist with experience counseling family members in working with the ones you love from a psychological perspective. Mrs. LeMay’s family was the past owners of an Albuquerque family-owned business, The Sanitary Laundry & Dry Cleaners & Rutledge Linen Supply at 600 Broadway NE. She will provide guidance regarding issues of family dynamics, including conflict resolution, and transfer of authority.

James M. Parker
Mr. Parker, a founder of NMFBA, is a Shareholder at Modrall Sperling law firm in Albuquerque. Jim concentrates his practice in federal taxation, estate planning and health care law. A large part of his practice relates to representation of small businesses and professional practice groups and the design of qualified and non-qualified retirement plans. Jim is also Vice President--Membership and Director of Small Business Council of America (www.sbca.net), and Director of Samaritan Counseling Center; pro bono work for a number of non-profit organizations.

John E. Schoen
Mr. Schoen is President of NMFBA. John grew up in an Albuquerque family business which sold mining and construction equipment. Currently, John teaches in a family business program at Baylor College as well as at Southern Methodist University. He is also a Fellow in the Family Firm Institute.
