MISSION STATEMENT

New Mexico Family Business Alliance (NMFBA) is a not for profit organization created to provide a forum that addresses critical challenges unique to family businesses, providing tools to help them succeed now and for generations to come.
 

VISION STATEMENT

The New Mexico Family Business Alliance (NMFBA) was formed in 2005 to provide family businesses statewide with an opportunity to address pivotal issues and provide state of the art knowledge about family-run and closely-held businesses.
 

Educational symposiums and interactive programs offer family members unique opportunities to benefit from the collective wisdom of successful business owners and professionals, in an atmosphere that encourages open discussion and exchange of ideas.  NMFBA programs are designed to address the unique concerns of family business owners and managers.


Family businesses, from sole proprietorships to large companies, dominate the New Mexico economy.  Many lack the resources needed to resolve issues of leadership, succession planning, conflict resolution and complex legal and financial challenges. 

New Mexico Family Business Alliance provides education and resources to support our community of New Mexico family-run enterprises.
